1. Contact us with your artwork.
2. Receive your FREE scanned sample for approval.
3. Produce and Receive your patches within 2 weeks.
Quantity: The minimum order is 100 per design, the more patches you order the less it cost per patch.
Embroidery Coverage: Coverage of embroidery is determined by the percentage of surface area on the custom embroidered patch that is covered by thread. Most patches have 75% embroidery.The higher the percentage of coverage the higher the cost.
Size: We measure our patches based on the following calculation: (Length + Width) / 2.
Simply add together the length and width of your desired patch, then divide that number by two. The result is your patch size.
Thread colors: With over 1900 colors to choose from, we can match your existing patch or make suggestions for your newly designed logo.
Borders: You can select from the more traditional look of the merrow border to the more intricate look of the heat cut application.
Backings:
Plastic: For sew on applications and general purposes use.
Heat seal: For iron on patch or heat seal applications.
Self-adhesive: This backing can be used to adhere or “stick-on” your patch embroidery to a variety of surfaces. Great for conventions whereby your logos can be temporarily attached to garments.
Velcro: Embroidered patches with Velcro backing can be easily applied and detached from the garment or display board.
Magnet: If you need to stick your patch to metal (perfect for refrigerators), we got your backing.
Packaging: We also offer different packaging options like header cards, plastic bags and wrap. We can also bar code your emblems if needed.
Delivery time: Average delivery time for custom embroidered patches is 1 to 2 weeks.
